Lovely Rita the Mermaid.
Rita reminds me of a lyric I heard the other day while fiddling with my radio dial: "My body was built for comfort . . ."  Sassy, sinuous, and certainly NOT height-weight-proportioned, this ebullient mermaid is quite the catch.

Northwest artist Kerry McGuire casts and hand-paints each plaster Rita. The finished sculpture measures 9-inches from tail to rump, about 10-inches from rump to head and weighs 9 lbs. She's an insouciant Goddess of the deep.
