Granddad and his seeds.
My granddad always urged us to eat sunflower seeds. He said they were good for the eyes. He must've known something.

It wasn't a family secret that Granddad was a Naturist, he always kept a stack of vintage Naturist journals in a cabinet in the basement right along side his 10 pound bag of sunflower seeds.

When I turned 18 granddad let me read my first journal. It sure explained his obsession with keeping his eyes sharp.

I think Granddad would've gobbled up these Sunny Seed Drops.
